**About Us**
The Central Australian Aboriginal Congress Aboriginal Corporation is a leading health service provider in the region, dedicated to delivering culturally safe and comprehensive primary health care.
We are currently seeking experienced General Practitioners (GPs) to join our teams in Alice Springs and surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality clinical and culturally safe care to Aboriginal people, as well as a commitment to professional development and teamwork.
**What We Offer**
We provide a competitive salary package, including:
- $207,909 - $228,949 base salary per annum
- District allowance of up to $16,000 - $35,000 per annum
- Generous superannuation and leave loading
- Access to Medicare Incentive Scheme
In addition, we offer six weeks' annual leave, relocation assistance, and access to our Employee Assistance Program.
**Your Role**
As a GP with our team, you will work within a multidisciplinary framework to provide comprehensive primary health care services to our clients. You will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality clinical and culturally safe care to patients
- Developing and implementing chronic disease management plans
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
You will work in a dynamic and supportive environment that values cultural safety and patient-centered care.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- AFRAC registration or eligibility for registration with AHPRA
- Experience working in Aboriginal health settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
