Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced payroll support specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support centre, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processing systems.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to clients, resolving their payroll-related queries in a timely and professional manner.

You will work closely with our internal teams to identify and resolve complex issues, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in customer service excellence
  • Prior experience in payroll processing
  • An enquiring and analytical mind with the capacity to quickly learn complex software programs
  • Exposure to and enjoyment of working in a support centre environment
  • A positive, flexible, and can-do attitude with the ability to multitask
