Job Title: Financial Performance Leader
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of leading finance teams to achieve strategic objectives, coupled with expertise in financial planning and analysis.
A successful Finance Manager will be responsible for managing annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial planning cycles. They will also oversee statutory accounts, audits, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
In addition, the Finance Manager will provide insights and analysis to support strategic projects, tenders, acquisitions, and pricing strategies. This includes driving process improvement, systems integration, and financial efficiency, as well as managing risk, insurance, and cash flow planning to safeguard operations and assets.
The successful candidate will have a proven ability to influence stakeholders and provide strategic financial advice. They will partner closely with the CFO, CEO, and Senior Leadership Team to drive business growth and profitability.
Required Skills and Qualifications- CPA/CA qualification with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience leading finance teams in a complex commercial environment.
- Strong technical expertise in reporting, compliance, and financial planning.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and provide strategic financial advice.
- Experience in secure logistics, financial services, or regulated industries (desirable).
