Key Role Summary

This position plays a vital part in the Finance team, focusing on delivering actionable financial insights to drive business success.

You will collaborate closely with senior finance executives to develop and present comprehensive financial reports, leveraging analytical expertise to inform strategic decisions.

  • Prepare detailed financial reports, providing insightful analysis to support informed decision-making.
  • Partner with senior finance leaders to deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, driving commercial acumen and critical thinking.
  • Own the forecasting and budgeting process, ensuring precision and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Assist in identifying performance drivers and developing key recommendations for strategic stakeholder decisions.

Key responsibilities include preparing financial reports, providing analytical insights, owning the forecasting and budgeting process, and assisting in understanding performance drivers. You will also be expected to identify and implement continuous improvements across finance processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

An appropriate university degree from a recognised institution and working towards or available to commence postgraduate accounting qualifications are required. Demonstrated interest in career development within a Finance function, Commercial Finance, Decision Support or FP&A is also essential.
