Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Performance Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making.

Main Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning: Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive financial plans, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Provide regular analysis and reporting to senior leaders on financial performance, highlighting opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Degree in accounting or finance, with CA or CPA qualification (or in progress).
  • Experience: At least two years of experience in industry, professional services is a bonus.
  • Skills: Strong skills in Excel and Power BI, with a willingness to further develop financial modeling expertise.
  • Communication: Clear communication skills with the ability to make financial information relevant to non-financial stakeholders.
