Cotton On's Avalon Distribution Centre is a critical link between our products and customers across 700 stores and 8 brands. With 50,000 sqm of space and 1,000 team members, it's where our scale comes to life.
We're seeking a driven Distribution Performance Analyst to join our Global Distribution Centre on a temporary basis. Your primary responsibility will be analysing distribution performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies and costs.
You'll review network results, analyse data, and make recommendations to drive action across our global distribution network. You'll also prepare and communicate performance reports to support actionable insights, coordinate projects to deliver process improvements, and lead the implementation of new initiatives that drive DC efficiencies and best practices.
As a Distribution Performance Analyst, you'll have a passion for driving operational efficiencies and delivering practical insights to improve performance.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a similar Analyst role, with proven experience in high-volume and highly complex supply chain/logistics operations. They should be able to engage and influence people to deliver on our vision, best practices, and safety.
- Demonstrated analytical problem-solving and research skills to identify opportunities
- High level of attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience preparing and executing data reports, operational plans, and processes that best serve our customers
