**Job Title:** Operations Transport Manager Our organisation is on the lookout for a strategic and hands-on leader to drive our transport operations across Australia nationally. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring safety, efficiency, and operational excellence across our distribution network. Key responsibilities include:• Leading and influencing best-in-market third-party logistics partners to collaborate and drive operational efficiencies.• Analyzing and optimizing transport network performance across multiple sites for cost and operational efficiencies.• Partnering with stakeholders to plan and forecast resources, wages, and labour requirements with accuracy and efficiency.• Reporting and presenting performance metrics with recommendations to key stakeholders. **Required Skills and Qualifications: • Proven experience in leading high-volume supply chain or transport operations, ideally in retail or FMCG.• Strong stakeholder management and contract negotiation skills, with ability to build rapport.• Proven analytical skills with expertise in budgeting, resource planning, and commercial decision-making to align with key milestones.• A track record of driving results, improving processes, and leading & motivating teams.• Understanding of WMS / TMS / Manhattan systems is advantageous. **Benefits: We are committed to personal and professional development, which is supported by an ever-growing and expanding structure.
