**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Avalon DC supports the Australian business across all channels for stores, online and wholesale. With forward thinking operating practices and some of the best equipment and facilities in the industry, this is an opportunity to impact a world class facility and team. The Replenishment Manager leads a high performing team to deliver national stock availability to pickers, providing world-class service to customers across all touchpoints.
You will be a member of the senior leadership team, reporting into our Afternoon Shift Operations Manager and supporting your peers and team to deliver our strategic goals.
This role is based on our afternoon shift - 3pm-11pm availability, Sunday-Thursday is crucial.
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- You will be a key member of the afternoon shift leadership team and implement the global supply chain strategy, making locally relevant adjustments to reflect channel and customer needs.
- You will lead and embed culture that builds a team whilst being a team player who can influence peers and communicate change in a clear and concise way in order to get the buy in from the wider team.
