About this role:

We are seeking a driven Distribution Performance Analyst to join our team at the Global Distribution Centre in Avalon for a 6-month contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who can analyze distribution performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and cost of business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing network results, analyzing data, and making recommendations to deliver actionable insights.

In this role, you will prepare and communicate performance reports, coordinate projects to deliver process improvements, and lead the implementation of new initiatives that drive DC efficiencies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze distribution performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Review network results and analyze data to make recommendations
  • Prepare and communicate performance reports to support decision-making
  • Coordinate projects to deliver process improvements
  • Lead the implementation of new initiatives that drive DC efficiencies and best practices

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar analyst role
  • Proven experience in high-volume and complex supply chain operations
  • Ability to engage and influence people to deliver on our vision, best practices, and safety
  • Demonstrable analytical problem-solving and research skills to identify opportunities
  • High level of attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience preparing and executing data reports, operational plans, and processes that best serve customers
