Job Title: Business Transformation Lead - SAP S/4HANA

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Transformation Lead with expertise in implementing and managing SAP S/4HANA solutions. As a key member of our team, you will drive business growth by leading complex projects from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and budget management.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration between IBM Consulting and client resources, promoting effective project execution.
  • Provide expert guidance and strategic direction to junior team members, fostering continuous learning and development.
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders, presenting project updates, progress, and necessary changes or risks.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication, management, and delivery of projects.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) as a Project Manager, preferably in SAP implementations, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of SAP S/4HANA, including its capabilities, limitations, and potential impacts on business processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced project management certification in SAP S/4HANA, experience in leading large-scale transformations involving multiple geographies and stakeholders, familiarity with other IBM or SAP technologies and solutions.
