Reservation Coordinator Role

The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-orientated individual with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate reservations for clients across multiple locations.
  • Ensure seamless travel booking processes by accurately entering and updating reservation requests in the system.
  • Respond to customer queries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly client reports as required.
  • Develop and implement processes to meet clients' needs while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of village services.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a high-volume reservations or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with Civeo Village teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Experience with JDE & RMS9 is highly advantageous.
  • A sound understanding of data processing, raising purchase orders, and reconciling invoices and time sheets is desirable.
