We are seeking an experienced Home Care Worker Opportunity Specialist to join our team in Port Macquarie 2444. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.
Your Role
You will be responsible for providing domestic assistance, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation. You will also assist with shopping, provide social support and transport to lifestyle activities, and offer personal care, medication management, and therapy goals as required.

What We Look For
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience of 6 months or more in a similar role including experience with personal care
- You care about assisting our aged community so they can live independently at home for longer.
- You have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle – travel is part of the role.
- You're available to work at least 3 days - Monday - Friday. No night or weekend work here.
