Caring Community Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caring Community Worker to join our team in Port Macquarie, NSW. As a valued member of our community, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of older adults by providing personalized support and care.
As a Caring Community Worker with KinCare, you will be part of a dedicated team that is committed to improving the quality of life and well-being for our customers. We offer a range of benefits, including guaranteed hours, accelerated career progression, and extensive paid training.
About You- You have 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care.
- You are passionate about assisting our aged community and enabling them to live independently at home for longer.
- You hold a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle – travel is an essential part of this role.
- You are comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask your Manager for help.
- Award rate $29.51 per hour + Super + Paid KM's + Phone Allowance
- Guaranteed hours close to home as a permanent part-time employee
