Job Title: Network Infrastructure Specialist

The role involves leading the implementation and sustainment of IP networking capabilities on Defence sites, serving as the subject matter expert for IP networking and ICT servers.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure network infrastructure such as routers, switches, firewalls, and Linux/Windows servers while working at heights or in confined spaces.
  • Provide on-call support for the team and lead efforts to implement and sustain capabilities.

 Requirements:

  • A minimum of NV1 security clearance is essential.
  • CCNP certification or equivalent Cisco IP networking experience.
  • Windows and/or Linux system administration experience.
  • Experience in installing and managing firewalls.
  • Desirable to have experience within the Defence industry.

 About the Role:

As a Network Infrastructure Specialist, you will work across multiple Sydney locations on various projects, including satellite communications capability for the Australian Defence Force.
