We are seeking a dedicated professional to take on the role of Sales Operations Coordinator within our vibrant organization. This position is essential for ensuring the effective administration and operation of our community, with a primary focus on sales and compliance.
Role Overview:
The Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing property resales, providing support to residents, and ensuring that all documentation and processes adhere to industry standards. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management: Oversee the complete process of property resales, which includes drafting contracts, negotiating offers, and coordinating marketing initiatives.
- Resident Assistance: Support residents by addressing their needs and prioritizing their well-being.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant legislation and ensure all management practices align with lease documentation and industry codes.
- Documentation Oversight: Manage the administration of sales documents, legal files, and resident records, ensuring accuracy and currency.
- Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional service to residents, visitors, and external partners, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Facility Oversight: Ensure that community facilities and grounds are maintained to a high standard.
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the industry.
- Strong skills in sales administration, particularly in contract preparation and management.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and other relevant software.
- Ability to respond effectively to emergencies and utilize problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license (site-dependent).
- National Police Check clearance.
- Physical capability to navigate the site and operate site vehicles as necessary.
