Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of property resales, including contract preparation, offer negotiations, and marketing coordination.
- Resident Assistance: Address resident inquiries and needs, prioritizing their well-being and satisfaction.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about relevant legislation and ensure that all practices align with lease agreements and industry regulations.
- Document Administration: Manage the administration of sales and legal documents, ensuring all records are meticulously maintained.
- Customer Relations: Deliver exceptional service to residents, visitors, and external partners, ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism.
- Facility Oversight: Ensure that community facilities and grounds are maintained to a high standard, reflecting our commitment to quality.
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the property management sector.
- Strong administrative skills, particularly in sales and contract management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant applications.
- Able to respond to emergencies effectively and utilize problem-solving skills.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Clearance from a National Police Check.
- Physical capability to navigate the community and operate site vehicles as necessary.
