Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Field Worker Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising ecological restoration projects, including bush regeneration, revegetation, weed control, and site stabilisation.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate ecological restoration field work teams
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and environmental legislation
  • Monitor and maintain equipment and vehicles
  • Provide training and guidance to team members
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Conservation and Land / Ecosystem Management (Cert III in CALM / CAEM preferred)
  • Ecological restoration field work supervisory experience
  • Current chemical user training (AQF3 minimum)
  • Manual car license
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
