Job Title: Alliance Manager for SAP

The Alliance Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market plan with our strategic ISV partner - SAP. This includes onboarding, enablement, training, joint planning, hunting SI partnerships, and driving field engagement and co-selling.

The Alliance Manager will collaborate closely with executive leadership in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Renewal Managers, Product, and Enablement to align vision, strategy, and execution of the partnership plan.

  • Manage the partner relationship with SAP in ANZ to drive revenue growth
  • Drive alignment with global partner process and governance structure
  • Input into global programmes ensuring they are tailored to meet the needs of the ANZ market
  • Establish and build relationships with the SAP leadership team to align go-to-market strategy
  • Provide introductions between SAP sellers
  • Collaborate and coordinate with SAP's Country marketing teams to develop marketing initiatives
  • Engage SAP resellers and implementation partners to generate opportunities
  • Evaluate performance based on quantitative metrics; provide health, capability, and capacity analysis to internal stakeholders
  • Drive business reviews
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as directed by Management
  • Travel as required (up to 25%)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Solex and Endorsed revenue growth
  • Ensure programme success in ANZ
  • Align go-to-market strategy
  • Foster strong relationships with SAP
  • Generate new opportunities
  • Deliver high-quality results
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 12 years of experience in a related role
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven track record working with SAP
  • Experience developing specific partner ecosystem strategies
  • Ability to leverage influence models to drive partner engagement
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
