Exciting Opportunity: Systems Analyst

About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Analyst to join our team, providing expertise in translating business requirements into technical solutions within the Dynamics ecosystem.
Responsibilities
  1. Serve as a Super User for core business systems, with in-depth knowledge of operations, procedures, and organisational policies.
  2. Manage ongoing data maintenance, triage system issues, troubleshoot errors, and escalate problems to appropriate vendors for timely resolution.
  3. Collaborate with technical teams on data migration, assisting with data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
  4. Provide training to users on Dynamics 365 CE functionalities and create comprehensive documentation for processes and configurations.
  5. Identify opportunities for system and process improvements and collaborate with Business stakeholders to implement changes.
  6. Ensure all configurations and customizations comply with Microsoft best practices and organisational guidelines.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar systems analysis or support role.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales.
  • Experience with some of Power Apps, Power Automate.
  • Proficient in database systems, data management, report generation and complex SQL queries (e.g. SQL Reporting Services).
  • Experience in data migration and software upgrades and patching.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot system issues, monitor performance, and implement improvements to enhance reliability and user experience.
  • Experience with 1 or more coding languages (programming and understanding).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
  • Professional certification in Dynamics 365 (desirable).
