- Maintain a long-term roadmap that aligns with business goals, focusing on efficiency and cost reduction.
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to develop and implement technology enhancements, driving seamless integration and reporting.
- Provide guidance and training on technology adoption to state managers and franchise partners, empowering them to maximize ROI and optimize workflows.
- Develop frameworks to support the integration, reporting, and optimization of Proptech tools, ensuring data-driven decision making.
- Monitor and report on ROI, usage, and cost-saving outcomes of technology investments, providing actionable insights for future development.
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong foundation in IT or Business, complemented by industry experience and a proven track record in implementing and maintaining real estate technology solutions. Specifically, you should have expertise in sales, property management, CRM, and trust accounting systems.
