About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Strategy Manager to lead our Proptech ecosystem and drive technology adoption across sales, property management, CRM, and trust accounting systems.

This newly created position gives you the opportunity to take the lead on our systems, ensuring they are robust, integrated, and continuously improved to deliver operational efficiency and strategic value.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Proptech ecosystem including contracts, supplier performance, and system improvements
  • Maintain and deliver the real estate technology roadmap with a focus on efficiency and cost reduction
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to develop and implement technology enhancements
  • Provide guidance and training on technology adoption to state managers and franchise partners
  • Develop frameworks to support the integration, reporting, and optimisation of Proptech tools
  • Monitor and report on ROI, usage, and cost-saving outcomes of technology investments

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in IT or Business and industry experience
  • Proven experience in implementing and maintaining real estate technology solutions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage third-party vendors and implement continuous improvement practices
  • Extensive project and change management experience within IT or technology environments
  • Proficiency with a range of real estate CRMs, integrations, and developing technology adoption strategies
