The role of People and Culture Partner is a dynamic opportunity to shape the future of our workforce and empower professionals who support children and families in navigating learning difficulties and disabilities.
This position requires a forward-thinking professional with over 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, generalist HR or People and Culture roles. A proven track record in leading recruitment campaigns and learning initiatives is essential, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic and Operational Recruitment: Develop innovative recruitment strategies to meet diverse hiring needs, partnering with HRIS providers for full-cycle accountability.
- Cross-collaboration projects: Participate and lead projects across the organisation, driving strategic change and managing operational HR cycles.
- Partnerships: Work closely with leaders to provide advice on employment relations and industrial relations, driving organisational change through effective partnerships.
- Coaching & Training: Guide and empower people leaders, developing training modules that enhance best practice and employee engagement.
- Engagement Initiatives: Contribute to employee engagement projects focused on learning, development, and wellbeing, creating inclusive workplaces that thrive on strengths-based practices.

About You:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
