We have an exciting opportunity within a fast growing, dynamic organisation to make a difference and support innovative HR practices during a time of transformation. We are looking for a talented and dynamic **People and Culture Coordinator** to join the People and Culture team at our Chatswood office.

Asuria is a leading Employment Services and Training organisation which supports people and communities by delivering a wide range of government services, education programs and training. Asuria currently has 700 employees and operates with a diverse portfolio of associated entities and JVs including Asuria Sweden, Australian Employment and Training Solutions (AETS), EyrePlus, TRACQS, Bamara and JobEdge.

**The Opportunity**

The People and Culture Coordinator will provide a professional, consistent, and cohesive HR administration and service. This is a great opportunity for a motivated HR professional to contribute and support our people and culture during a period of transformation

**Key Accountabilities**
- Provide effective HR administration across the employee lifecycle including recruitment & onboarding, employee relations, reward and recognition, learning & development and WHS.
- Support the onboarding experience of new hires to ensure a seamless experience as well as coordinating training programs.
- Maintain the HRIS system and databases, policies and procedures, and respond to workforce planning and reporting requests.
- Participate and coordinate the annual calendar of events for people and cultural initiatives.
- Support the P&C Partners with employee relations, workforce planning, performance reviews and recruitment processes.
- Provide HR administration for joint venture companies and meet required SLAs.
- Actively support cultural change and new initiatives as well as ensure continuous improvement.

- Tertiary qualified in Human Resources or a related discipline with a passion for people and culture.
- Exceptional attention to detail and customer service skills with the ability to deliver high quality, professional and consistent HR administration and services.
- Proactive and solutions focused with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to effectively deal with competing priorities and progress multiple tasks through to completion.
