We're now looking for a People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator to join our Sydney team. Someone who's excited to roll up their sleeves, own projects from the ground up, and help us ignite a high-achieving culture across our global business.

The Opportunity

This isn't your average P&C coordinator role. You'll lead a game changing project to design and launch Jord's online learning library transforming standard operating procedures, inductions, and work practices into engaging digital training modules and quizzes.

You'll support the full People & Culture portfolio from recruitment and onboarding, to employee engagement, reporting, policy support, and events. You'll work across all business functions and regions, embedding Jord's Zero Harm commitment and our strategy of Dominate the Core and Conquer the New into everyday practice.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Energised by learning, culture, and people
  • A natural project manager who loves seeing ideas turn into action
  • Curious, creative, and ready to experiment with AI tools to make training impactful
  • Skilled in communication and comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • HR/L&D qualified (or experienced in a similar role) and ready for your next big challenge
  • Experience in instructional design or eLearning will help, but the real key is your drive to build something new and lasting while supporting the full People & Culture agenda
