Project Coordinator - Commercial Operations

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project delivery by reporting project updates to operations and project managers
  • Administer all commercial and contractual aspects of assigned projects, including documentation and correspondence
  • Manage procurement, negotiation, and subcontractor packages, variations and claims
Requirements
  • A relevant tertiary qualification such as construction management, quantity surveying, or project management
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar commercial role with procore expertise and understanding of contractual obligations
  • Strong working knowledge of contracts/accounts management software and solutions-focused mindset with willingness to support hybrid roles or develop toward project management
