About the Role

We are seeking a driven and capable individual to build strong relationships and bring proven experience in commercial construction.

As part of our team, you will be shaping the future of Construction, Development, and Property in Australia. You will work across exciting projects, from landmark builds to community-focused developments.

The role involves:

  • Maintaining proactive and positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
  • Preparing subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules.
  • Planning actions and completing all documentation in alignment with the Head Contract and raising discrepancies early.
  • Taking ownership and responsibility for costs and budget outcomes, maintaining current knowledge of project financials at any point in time.
  • Supporting the Project Manager and Site Manager to determine an effective RFI management process with subcontractors.
  • Ensuring project document control meets contract requirements, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Developing budget targets identifying key risks and opportunities for best commercial outcomes in consultation with the Project Manager.
  • Managing and maintaining cost control software (Jobpac), including budget entry, commitments, forecasting, variations, payments, and coding of invoices.
  • Assisting in preparing reports for monthly project meetings, proactively advising of new risks, opportunities, or changes, and participating in strategic discussions.
Your Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive outcomes.
  • Influence and build commercially beneficial relationships with project stakeholders.
  • Act decisively and problem solve effectively.
  • Prior experience working for a commercial builder delivering projects of similar size and nature.
