We're now seeking a driven and experienced Café Manager to lead our flagship café in Bowral, NSW. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a dynamic and growing hospitality venue that showcases our specialty coffee and food offering, while being part of a passionate and supportive team. As Café Manager, you'll take full ownership of daily operations and play a critical leadership role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Leading and motivating both front and back of house teams
• Ensuring outstanding customer service and hospitality
• Overseeing coffee and food presentation standards
• Barista duties and coffee quality control
• Rostering and scheduling to meet business needs
• Ordering and receiving goods, managing stock levels
• Monitoring costs, wastage, and supplier relationships
• Recruiting, onboarding, and training new staff
• Maintaining compliance with food safety and WHS standards
• Coordinating with ownership on business improvements and promotions

We're looking for a hospitality professional with a passion for coffee and leadership.

• Strong barista skills and understanding of specialty coffee
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Proven ability to lead a team and foster a positive workplace culture
• Strong organisational skills with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail
• Experience with ordering, inventory, cost control, and shift scheduling
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and WHS practices
• Flexibility to work across weekends and peak trade periods
• Full working rights in Australia – 494 visa sponsorship as Cafe Manager available for the right candidate
