
Regional Customer Experience Specialist

Regional aviation is a vibrant industry that requires a unique blend of technical and interpersonal skills.
About the RoleThis position involves providing exceptional customer service to regional customers, ensuring a seamless travel experience from check-in to departure.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver efficient and friendly check-in and boarding services at Sydney Airport.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the safe and timely receipt and dispatch of aircraft.
- Conduct passenger marshalling on the tarmac and manage queues in the terminal.
- Complete pre-flight and post-flight operational tasks, including updating flight information and ticket sales.
- Develop and maintain strong Sabre Departure Control System (DCS) skills through training provided by your employer.
- Provide dedicated assistance to eligible guests at the airport lounge, including facilitation of lounge amenities and services.
- Support customers with damaged or lost baggage enquiries.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and standard operating procedures.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing time efficiently.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Experience with Sabre DCS is advantageous but not essential.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate Requirements:
- A proven track record of providing outstanding customer service in a high-service environment (aviation, cruise, rail, hospitality, or tourism).
- Ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- A professional and enthusiastic approach to supporting regional aviation.
