As a Regional Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of skilled Customer Care professionals in a dynamic environment.
This role involves close collaboration with the National Customer Relations Manager and Site Leaders to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Create a supportive work atmosphere for all Customer Care Representatives
- Analyze and document customer complaints and queries
- Maintain open communication with internal stakeholders
- Recruit, train, and manage the performance of Customer Care team members
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting
- Dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to build rapport with customers via phone and in-person interactions
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills
