As a Regional Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of skilled Customer Care professionals in a dynamic environment.

This role involves close collaboration with the National Customer Relations Manager and Site Leaders to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Create a supportive work atmosphere for all Customer Care Representatives
  • Analyze and document customer complaints and queries
  • Maintain open communication with internal stakeholders
  • Recruit, train, and manage the performance of Customer Care team members
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting
