Client Experience Manager

We are seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to join our team in Adelaide. This role involves providing high-quality service to clients and providers through various communication channels.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience through phone calls, email, and other interactions.
- Address client and provider concerns with empathy and provide solutions to their inquiries.
- Maintain professionalism and meet performance metrics such as productivity, average handle time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Process invoices and resolve cases in a timely manner, aiming for first touch resolution.
- NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role where high levels of service have been provided.
- Administrative experience requiring attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing demands.
- Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite - Word, Excel & Outlook.
