Store Supervisor Opportunity

This is a Store Supervisor role.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment, be passionate about retail and customer service, and have a genuine interest in coaching and developing others.

The successful applicant will provide support to the store senior leadership team and act as a continual support to a designated department, overseeing workflow, setting an example to other team members, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

The role involves:

  • Setting an example of best service and supporting the team to deliver friendly and helpful advice to customers
  • Coaching the team on the right service behaviours
  • Assisting with inducting and training the team
  • Ensuring that merchandising standards fit with business requirements
  • Coordinating stock

The successful applicant will have the ability to coach and support others, provide feedback, and get the best out of a team.

They will also need to be able to achieve results and standards by working with their team, be approachable and confident when interacting with customers, have an eagerness to learn about new products, and be on their feet assisting with customers across a wide range of retail hours.

Flexible work arrangements are required, including working from 2pm-11pm on weekdays and some weekends.
