Job Overview

This role involves leading and managing the delivery of engineering services within a project environment.

The ideal candidate will have a degree qualification in engineering or a related field, with over 10 years of experience working on complex infrastructure projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead design reviews and safety audits to ensure consistent application of standards and technical excellence.
  • Provide strategic advice and direct the management of technical aspects of projects.
  • Motivate and inspire team members to deliver planned outcomes.
  • Develop and manage project engineering plans and risk management plans.
  • Act as an internal consultant on all relevant engineering matters.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualification in engineering or a related discipline from a reputable institution.
  • Over 10 years of experience working on complex infrastructure projects with a minimum of 4 years in an engineering management/leadership position.
  • Rail industry experience is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
