Lead and manage Outside School Hours Care teams in schools, overseeing all aspects of service management, staff supervision, program design support, business operations, and motivating teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage OSHC teams in educational settings
- Supervise and develop staff to deliver quality services
- Design and implement programs that meet regulatory requirements
- Maintain relationships with educators, principals, school staff, parents, regulatory authorities, and suppliers
- Prior experience in people management, preferably in childcare or education
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Current VIC Working with Children's Check, First Aid HLTAID012, and Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain
- Completed a Diploma or higher in Child Care, Education, Community Services, or equivalent
