We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood professional to lead our 3-year-old Kinder room, providing a nurturing environment that fosters growth and development in children.
Our approach prioritizes child-led play-based learning, which encourages children to explore and learn at their own pace. This innovative method is embedded into our daily practice through various programs, including Active Learning, Drama, Language Development, Music Education, and Sustainability Initiatives.
This role involves designing and implementing an educational program that caters to each child's unique needs and abilities, ensuring a holistic view of their development. The successful candidate will maintain accurate records of children's progress, assist with daily tasks, and guarantee the high quality of services in line with National Quality Standards.
To ensure compliance with relevant regulations, the ideal candidate must have valid teaching qualifications, a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, and Effective Implementation of Pedagogy in their teaching practice.
- A Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent ACECQA approved teaching qualifications
- Valid VIT registration (Early Childhood)
- Experience in planning and implementing the educational program which values a holistic view of each child's development
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
- Effective implementation of pedagogy in your teaching practice
- Valid employee Working with Children Check number
