Education and Childcare Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Professional to lead our Kinder room.
Our centre offers a warm and spacious environment for both children and our team.
Our ApproachWe believe children have a right to choice in their learning, which is why we implement child-led play-based learning.
This approach is embedded into our daily practice with programs such as Active, Drama, Language, Music and Sustainability.
The RoleThis opportunity is for an Early Childhood Educator. As an Early Childhood Professional with us, you will be responsible for planning and implementing the educational program which values a holistic view of each child's development.
- Maintaining ongoing records of the children's development, program and daily information
- Assisting with daily room tasks – e.g. activity preparation and mealtimes
- Ensuring the high quality of services in consideration of the National Quality Standards
- Complying with relevant Government Regulations
- Guiding team members with their professional development, individual goals and performance.
- A Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent ACECQA approved teaching qualifications
- Valid registration with relevant authorities
- Experience in planning and implementing the educational program which values a holistic view of each child's development
- A strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
- Effective implementation of pedagogy in your teaching practice
- A valid employee Working with Children Check number
