Our centre prioritises creating a fun, supportive atmosphere where children can thrive and reach their individual potential. We believe in giving them a choice when it comes to their learning, so our curriculum is built around child-led play-based activities.
The Role
This opportunity is for a qualified educator who will lead the 3 year old Kinder room. Our early learning campuses have been designed to inspire young minds and help them grow, learn and discover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing educational programs that cater to each child's unique needs
- Maintaining accurate records of children's development and progress
- Assisting with daily tasks such as activity preparation and mealtime routines
- Ensuring high quality services and compliance with relevant government regulations
- Guiding colleagues in their professional development and performance
Requirements:
- A Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent ACECQA approved teaching qualifications
- Valid VIT registration (Early Childhood)
- Experience in developing and implementing educational programs
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
- Effective implementation of pedagogy in teaching practice
- Valid employee Working with Children Check number
