We are seeking a dedicated medical academic to contribute to the teaching, assessment, and academic support of medical students. The successful candidate will play a key role in curriculum development and demonstrate excellence across Teaching and Learning, Research and Innovation, and Service and Engagement.

About the Position
  • Teach, assess, and provide academic support for medical students enrolled in the Joint Medical Program (JMP).
  • Contribute to curriculum development and maintain high standards of academic quality.
Key Qualifications
  1. A doctoral qualification or equivalent accreditation in Medicine.
  2. Current registration as a medical practitioner with AHPRA without restrictions, notations, or conditions.
  3. Proven experience in teaching, assessment, and/or curriculum development at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
  4. Evidence of leadership through peer mentoring or clinical leadership roles.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
  6. A collaborative approach to supporting all aspects of the Joint Medical Program.
Desirable Attributes
  • A current driver's licence.
