Job Title:

National Customer Service Administrator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless communication and organisational skills to support clients with queries about products, orders & deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support internal sales teams with administrative duties to achieve business objectives
  • Maintain accurate client records, job details and database entries
  • Develop relationships with customers and suppliers through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Provide timely resolutions to on-site issues and improve processes

Requirements:

  • A highly skilled customer service professional with excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Proactive, enthusiastic team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Confident, professional individual with exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • High-level Excel competency and experience with Microsoft suite products
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse situations
