**Due to continued growth, our SEQLD Glazing division based at Darra is seeking a highly motivated, flexible Administration Champion to deliver first class service to our new and existing customers.**

**About the Role **

Our **Administration Champion **will be a key point of contact for our customers and staff. Therefore, this role requires excellent listening, communication and understanding skills. You will need to be able to communicate both verbally and electronically depending on the need of the situation.

You will be supported by a team of experienced leaders and will have access to a range of benefits. You will receive training as well as ongoing coaching and support.

In this role, you will be required to undertake the following duties:

- Provide first class service to all customers using amazing people and communication skills
- Excel in data entry including invoicing compliance, taking or following up on payments, creating system based new jobs and performing payroll duties
- Keep customers appraised of service lead-times by understanding our booking & scheduling system
- Able to make decisions to resolve day to day issues as they arise
- Be a flexible but valuable member of our team, contributing to our success and actively helping to create a positive environment

**About you **

You will have already worked in a retail, office, or customer service role, can quickly build rapport, and strive to always deliver exceptional customer service.

Be available to work a minimum of 3 set days per week, but flexible to work 5 days with notice, to cover leave within the team

**To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following**:
Essential skills & competencies:

- Proven administration experience with exceptional organisational skills in a service-based industry
- Resilient and able to work in a complex and changing environment
- Driven with a strong desire to succeed in a team environment
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent self-organisation and time management skills
- Knowledge of the Glass and Glazing industry would be a distinct advantage
