
Product Growth Specialist

With 2-5 years of experience in product enablement, technical account management, or onboarding/implementations project management, ideally in B2B/Enterprise SaaS, you'll be a strong fit for this role.

The Opportunity
As a Product Adoption Manager, you will own ongoing adoption and value outcomes for a segment of our customers to ensure they continue to get recurring impact from our SaaS Products.
- Manage a patch of customers for your product area - Ensuring their adoption and impact stays high by running regular meetings, managing stakeholders, and holding Quarterly Business Reviews (supported by your Strategic Account Manager)
- Monitor Customer Value Score (CVS) dashboards, diagnose gaps, execute adoption playbooks to hit our CVS targets
- Drive Product Adoption – segment accounts into cohorts, craft launch comms, lead light-touch rollouts, build onboarding workflows and material in the product
- Surface Product Qualified Leads (PQLs) & renewal risks to Strategic Account Managers ahead of cycle
- Build scalable enablement material – Including Loom videos, Knowledge bases, Training sessions, Webinars
