This is an exciting opportunity to join our project team in our Sydney office, where you will be empowered to deliver flawless projects that meet our customers' expectations and needs. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and preparing project deliverables, managing projects to meet performance and project requirements, and ensuring project financial status is regularly reviewed and updated.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and prepare project deliverables to initiate, develop, and execute assigned projects.
- Lead and manage projects to meet performance and project requirements.
- Ensure project financial status is regularly reviewed and updated.
- Maintain high-quality work and compliance to OHS&E standards.
- Effectively manage customer and contractor relationships.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and solutions to enable continuous initiatives for organizational improvement.
- Demonstrate professional discipline, ethics, and accuracy in delivering works under limited timeframe pressures.
Requirements
- Trade Certificate in Electrical/HVAC or an Engineering Qualification with BMS or HVAC Experience.
- Ability to adapt and develop through digital transformation.
- Strong background in Building Automation Systems and their overall design intent, controller product design, and alternative solutions.
- Effective handling of project reviews and conducting FAT and SAT tests.
- Competent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Project, Visio, BIM, and AutoCAD.
- Standardization of deliverables, including software, points lists, and documentation.
- Commitment to ongoing technical training and professional development.
