
Senior Motor Assessment Position

We're currently seeking a Motor Assessing Lead to spearhead our motor assessing team. This key role will provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to drive competitive repair costs and customer service outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:- Take charge of achieving optimal repair costs and customer service performance from motor assessors, repairers, and other service providers
- Offer direction, leadership, and support to ensure team managers deliver high standards of performance from motor assessors
- Foster a strong culture of compliance among team members
Key Requirements:
- A trade qualification with demonstrated experience in your motor-related trade/profession and/or significant experience as a motor insurance assessor
- Up-to-date knowledge within the smash repair industry
- A solid understanding of the Motor Vehicle Insurer and Repair Industry Code of Conduct
- Experience in managing teams remotely
- A valid Driver's Licence
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and empower people to develop individual and team potential
