**Motor Assessing Manager | Melbourne**
**Looking to take the next step in your leadership career?**
You will provide Managerial and Technical expertise to achieve the best possible repair costs and customer service outcomes from our Metro Motor assessing team.
**You'll be responsible for**:
- Taking a lead role in the achievement of competitive repair costs and customer service performance from motor assessors, repairers and other service providers
- Provide leadership, direction and support to ensure team managers deliver high levels of performance from motor assessors
- Encourage a strong culture of compliance from team members
- Provide support to ensure budget expectations are met and any exceptions accounted for
**Important to your success**:
- Trade qualification with demonstrated experience in your motor-related trade/profession and/or significant experience as a motor insurance assessor
- Current and practical knowledge within the smash repair industry
- Solid understanding of the Motor Vehicle Insurer and Repair Industry Code of Conduct
- Experience with managing teams remotely
- Current valid Driver's Licence
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and empower people to develop individual and team potential
