
Premium Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a Community Ambassador to join our team at Grosvenor Place. As the face and heart of this premium asset, you will possess the innate ability to brighten someone's day.
The Opportunity:- You will develop and nurture relationships with customer partners, ensuring that all services, branding, marketing, and property presentations meet premium-grade standards.
- Identify and establish partnerships that benefit customers while promoting their products and services.
- Embrace and drive change within yourself and the team, consistently delivering extraordinary results.
- Lead and train a group of service experts who excel at anticipating needs and leaving lasting impressions on clients.
- You will support and deliver engaging customer events throughout the year, fostering a sense of community within the asset.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of customer service standards, including concierge services in the building lobby and end-of-trip facilities.
- Collaborate closely with the property team and owners to understand and communicate the customer's requirements.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing position within an office, hotel, or hospitality environment.
- A natural talent for connecting with people from diverse backgrounds, building genuine rapport, and fostering meaningful relationships.
- Motivation driven by establishing authentic connections and nurturing relationships, meticulous attention to detail, adept at following processes, and dedicated to closing the loop.
*This role requires periods of walking, standing, sitting and/or manual handling.
