Key Customer Liaison Role

The role of a customer liaison specialist plays a pivotal part in safeguarding and enhancing the brand reputation across various platforms. This is a proactive position that requires ownership of customer reviews and cases, ensuring timely and empathetic responses.

  • Resolve escalated issues with innovative problem-solving and clear communication.
  • Apply CRM tools to track cases and maintain a complete customer journey view.
  • Use automation to improve resolution speed and accuracy.
  • Communicate consistently with customers through calls, emails, and digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of customer reviews and cases across multiple channels.
  • Identify complex or high-risk cases, escalating appropriately while maintaining ownership.
  • Provide accurate product knowledge and education to customers on warranties, materials, and care.
About You

To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate proven experience in customer service, preferably in furniture, retail, or service industries. Strong conflict resolution skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage reviews across digital platforms.

Proficiency in CRM software is also required. Additionally, you should be skilled in identifying complex or high-risk cases and escalating them accordingly.
