This role is an opportunity to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer service across multiple digital channels. You will work closely with colleagues to provide support for King's recovery and refurbishment programs, including replacement covers, cushion inserts, and full product recoveries.
- Provide end-to-end support for customers, responding promptly and empathetically to enquiries across phone, email, and digital platforms.
- Use Salesforce Customer 360 and AI-enabled tools to generate accurate quotes and manage order workflows.
- Proactively follow up with customers, maintaining seamless communication through to service completion.
Key Requirements
- You have experience in customer service or sales roles, ideally supporting premium products or services.
- You're confident across digital systems and can manage multiple communication channels simultaneously.
- You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for helping customers.
