We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front Office All Rounder to join our team at Novotel Sydney Parramatta.

As a Front Office All Rounder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming guests to the hotel and checking them in and out efficiently
  • Assisting guests with requests and making memorable experiences
  • Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of guest amenities and maintaining the security of our guests and their possessions
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and safety

To be successful in this role, you will have a natural ability to delight our guests with your authentic customer service skills, as well as:

  • A passion for people and an enthusiasm for working with people from all over the world
  • Professional phone manner
  • Strong communication, customer service, and time management skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, occasional nights, and public holidays
  • Full driver's license, desirable but not essential
  • Qualifications/experience in either Opera PMS or RMS PMS
