About the Role

We're looking for a customer-centric professional who can design and implement robust Salesforce solutions, manage client expectations, and guide our delivery teams to successful project outcomes. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce platform developments.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our consulting teams and clients to understand their requirements and design innovative solutions that meet their long-term objectives. You'll also be expected to share your knowledge and experience with other team members to ensure a cohesive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience working with Salesforce solutions and architecture
  • A strong understanding of Salesforce certifications and associated platform knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to participate in pre-sales solution engineering workshops and provide expert advice to potential clients
