At AGL, we're redefining the energy landscape and seeking a talented Senior Salesforce Solution Consultant to spearhead our Salesforce architecture and drive innovative solutions. Collaborating closely with key business stakeholders and delivery teams, you'll ensure system and process changes align with best practices while optimising business value.

About the Role

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of scalable and secure Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Partner with architects, developers, and consultants to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions and integrations with enterprise systems like SAP and Mulesoft.
  • Provide expertise across Salesforce modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, ensuring maximum efficiency and ROI.
  • Drive Salesforce adoption through training, support, and continuous optimisation of existing implementations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance business processes using Salesforce, ensuring smooth data migration and synchronisation.
  • Provide effort estimates and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and solution presentations.
  • Lead Salesforce implementations, integrations, updates, and product demos to support business needs.
  • Mentor junior consultants and Salesforce admins, offering expert consultation and guidance.

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce solution consulting, architecture, or a similar role.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certifications.
  • Hands-on experience in Vlocity, OmniStudio, Apex, LWC, and Flow is essential.
  • Expertise in Salesforce configuration, customisation, and integration.
  • Proven track record of leading Salesforce implementations and deep understanding of its architecture.
  • Exceptional team player, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Solution Architect) desirable.
  • Experience in multi-cloud Salesforce environments and familiarity with agile methodologies highly regarded.
