We are seeking a Chief Digital Transformation Architect to join our team at Jenny Barbour IT & Project Recruitment. Job Summary
  • The successful candidate will provide technical leadership and architectural guidance on customer experience transformations, leveraging expertise in Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce Experience Cloud, and Identity and Access Management.
Main Responsibilities

The Chief Digital Transformation Architect will be responsible for:

  • Developing potential solutions for business problems using existing systems, new applications, or custom-developed capabilities.
  • Understanding the alignment to architectural principles, standards, tooling, strategy, process, and roadmaps.
  • Advocating and driving a focus on customer needs and improving the customer experience.
  • Performing technical evaluations of requirements and assessments for RFI, RFP, and Proof of Concepts.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of customer experience, digital channels, and platform technologies.
  • Expertise in solution architecture, technical evaluation, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
